SnapBill is a local-first bookkeeping app. By default, your ledger data stays on your device. If you enable iCloud Sync, data is synced to your private iCloud container.

2. Data We Process

• Transactions you create (amount, category, note, date)
• Files you import (CSV/XLSX)
• Voice transcription results when you use voice bookkeeping
• OCR results when you use camera/photo recognition

3. How We Use Data

• Core app functionality (bookkeeping, stats, charts)
• Import/export, voice, and OCR features
• Not used for advertising or cross-app tracking

4. Storage and Sync

• Local storage by default
• iCloud sync only when enabled by you
• No third-party public cloud storage for your ledger data

5. Permissions

• Microphone: voice bookkeeping
• Speech Recognition: speech-to-text
